    Garland How To

    IT’S tempting to leave it to the last minute, but it’s way more fun if you spend a little time planning your So Frenchy So Chic hair wreath. Pour yourself a glass of something sparkly, get some friends over and get crafty.

     

    What you’ll need:

    Seeded Eucalyptus

    Scissors

    Tape: preferably green, or Japanese washi tape that comes in a million different designs.

    Wire, thin enough to bend, but not too thin.

    Steps:

    Use a piece of wire to measure around your head and then tape the wire securely.

    Now take snippets of eucalyptus and tape them all around your garland until it looks full.

    Cover the entire garland in tape, carefully side stepping the leaves and sprigs.

    If you’re up for a challenge, the same process can be applied to fresh flowers. Choose blooms with a sturdy stem and for best results, tape the flowers only to the top half of your garland, leaving the sides and the very back, bloom-free. To keep fresh flowers looking their best, make your glorious garland the night before and store in the fridge in a plastic bag.
