This event sells out quickly, so the best way to avoid disappointment is to buy tickets early. Be cautious when buying tickets from others on Facebook, as scammers target Facebook Event Pages to find people looking for tickets to sold-out events. Tixel provides a safe way to purchase resale tickets online and is very user-friendly.
Strictly no refund but you can transfer your ticket to a friend or resell on tixel
It is not necessary, you can display your ticket on your phone
Yes, our events can be busy, loud, and a bit hectic, so they may not be the best place for young children. The tasting areas can get quite crowded, so maneuvering a stroller might be challenging. We recommend arranging for a babysitter and enjoying a worry-free time. If that's not possible, you can bring your young child along, and they won't need a ticket (17 yrs and younger).
You need to be at least 18 years old to consume alcohol. Please bring a valid form of identification, such as a passport or driver's license, on the day of the event. Children under 18 can attend for free if accompanied by an adult.
Creating a safe, welcoming, and non-intimidating event environment is our top priority. Any inappropriate behavior, whether due to intoxication or not, that is dangerous to yourself or others is not acceptable. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy, so if we observe any such behavior, we reserve the right to take appropriate action and have you removed from the venue.
