06
I can’t make my session anymore. Can I transfer to another time slot?

Yes. As the event reaches its capacity, it can be a little tricky, so please choose your session carefully when purchasing. To transfer your ticket please follow these prompts: 1. Log in to your Eventbrite account. 2. Select "Tickets. 3. Choose your order. 4. Click on "Change ticket (Ignore the fee difference; you can manually change it to $0 as you follow the transfer prompts). If you experience difficulties in changing your ticket please email us at info@sofrenchysochic.com. Merci :)

07
Will tickets be available at the door?

This event sells out quickly, so the best way to avoid disappointment is to buy tickets early. Be cautious when buying tickets from others on Facebook, as scammers target Facebook Event Pages to find people looking for tickets to sold-out events. Tixel provides a safe way to purchase resale tickets online and is very user-friendly.

08
What is your refund policy

Strictly no refund but you can transfer your ticket to a friend or resell on tixel

09
Do I need to print my ticket?

It is not necessary, you can display your ticket on your phone

10
Are children allowed to attend the event?

Yes, our events can be busy, loud, and a bit hectic, so they may not be the best place for young children. The tasting areas can get quite crowded, so maneuvering a stroller might be challenging. We recommend arranging for a babysitter and enjoying a worry-free time. If that's not possible, you can bring your young child along, and they won't need a ticket (17 yrs and younger).

11
Age limit to attend the event

You need to be at least 18 years old to consume alcohol. Please bring a valid form of identification, such as a passport or driver's license, on the day of the event. Children under 18 can attend for free if accompanied by an adult.

12
